Overview Maintenance Supervisor The OpportunityQuietflex Manufacturing is seeking a professional, skilled individual for our Maintenance Supervisor position.
This position is responsible for leading and managing the maintenance team through coordination of resources and activities for all maintenance functions in the plant and will provide the technical link between maintenance functions and production needs.

Responsibilities May Include:
Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians and mechanics with electrical, mechanical and process knowledge & janitorial staff.
Manage and control all projects to meet schedule completion dates.
Ensure spare parts availability and control of assets is maintained.
Responsible for procedure implementation of ISO systems.
Coordinate all outside vendors for maintenance and facilities when needed.
Coordinate all equipment PM's with production scheduling and management.
Research and order replacement machine parts when needed.
Support production and shipping needs to meet production/shipping goals.
Design process improvements around safety, quality, cost, and efficiency while maintaining form, fit and function.
Support other Quietflex manufacturing locations as needed.
Support 5S initiatives.
Coach and mentor maintenance personnel in daily departmental/interdepartmental activities.
Responsible for supporting KPI's such as safety, quality, efficiency/productivity, and costs.
Maintain departmental budgets within specified parameters.
Perform other job duties as assigned by management.
Takes direction from director of manufacturing.
Works well within defined instructions.
Provides direction to subordinates and works well with satellite plants.
Qualifications 5-7 years of supervisory experience in maintenance/facilities management function College Degree preferred but not mandatory Analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills required Strong organizational, leadership and management skills required Highly motivated and self-starter with strong written and verbal communication skills Team building skills to lead maintenance team and drive results Knowledge of MS Office and Working knowledge of maintenance software programs Working knowledge of 5S/Lean/continuous improvement manufacturing RCRA certification desirable or must be able to certify within 90 day Knowledge of OSHA regulations Bi-lingual a plus.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
