Supply Chain BI Analyst

Albertsons Safeway is working to become the favorite food and drug retailer in every market it serves. The Corporate Traffic Department has an opening for Supply Chain BI Analyst. The position is located in Tolleson, AZ.
Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Develops and implements innovative analytical methodologies and support tools for evaluating company processes, business problems, and/or ROI of products and services
Manage One Network TMS configuration, operation and integration. Maintain TMS data integrity supporting scheduled upgrades and operational enhancements
Analysis of large data sets (millions of rows) as well as synthesizing non-homogenous data sets
Mine large amounts of data and perform data analysis to extract useful business insights for a wide range of topics
Use software and other tools to develop analyses that identify patterns, influences, correlations, relationships, predictive factors, risk factors, and that provide better situational awareness
Create and maintain data mapping & integration feeds that enable the successful flow of information between systems (both third party and internally developed)
Create scorecards to support Corporate Traffic performance evaluation and improvement processes
Conduct net landed cost analysis, partnering with other Supply Chain teams, to make distribution model recommendations.
Ability to present complex analysis to senior management
Design and develop analytical dashboards
Interface with other department analysts to accomplish job functions.
Develop and maintain effective working relationships with procurement teams, logistics teams, store operations, distribution center and external partners.
Resolve integration issues across multiple systems and applications
Data mining related to specific initiatives as requested by Corporate Supply Chain senior management.
Provide technical training, guidance, and resource support for TMS users both internal/external
Qualifications:

years of report writing, data mining and analysis in a Supply Chain focused capacity.
Experience and understanding of multiple facets of Supply Chain including Transportation, Buying and Warehousing preferred

years of experience systems administrator Transportation Management Systems (knowledge of One Network TMS a plus)
Minimum of 2 years in a highly analytical role.
Bachelor's degree in related field; equivalent work experience.
Outstanding communication and collaboration skills required.
Strong business acumen and P&L awareness, with track record of business partnership across an organization.
Exceptional data mining capabilities across databases
Highly motivated problem solver with high degree of initiative and sense of urgency.
Ability to work with very little direction and take projects to the next level
Detail oriented while able to manage large quantities of data.
Advanced understanding of SQL and Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Access and Excel
Experience with BI Reporting Platforms (i.e. Qlikview) and/or Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services
Proven ability to present complex data in simple, ready to present formats.
Excellent presentation, communication, change management, and persuasion skills.
Superior problem solving, analytical skills, project management skills, and financial skills.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
