SUMMARY
The PLW Manager is responsible for all activities associated with filling bulk and pack customer flour orders and efficient on time delivery. This position interacts directly with the customer service representative, mill personnel, transportation vendors, customers, distributors and others, internal and external to Company. The PLW Manager must actively drive a culture of continuous improvement.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
A Bachelor degree is preferred, or a minimum ten years warehousing or general experience in food distribution or food manufacturing business and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Incumbent must possess strong leadership, negotiation, training and self-motivation skills as well as a working knowledge of computerized business and communications applications. Position must have the ability to plan and prioritize.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

1) Key areas of responsibility
a) Ensures safety of all PLW employees and supports overall facility safety. Follows all safety policies and uniformly applies safety rules to department and facility.
b) Directs PLW Supervisor activities to fulfill the PLW Departments scope of work.
c) Schedules the mill to assure that grades and quantities of flour are available to meet packing and shipping demands.
d) Schedules flour packing and bulk loading.
e) Schedules and coordinates pack and bulk flour truck load times and delivery to customer.
f) Tracks inventory of finished product, flours for blending, ingredients and packing materials.
g) Directs work activities of employees in the packing and loading departments via the PLW Supervisor to fulfill the scheduled packing and shipping activities and sanitation responsibilities.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
