Job description
Responsibilities:
Client Interaction:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information on products or services.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients through effective communication and problem-solving.
Arbitration Clerk Duties:
Assist in the preparation and processing of arbitration cases, ensuring compliance with legal and company guidelines.
Maintain accurate and organized records of arbitration proceedings, including case files, documentation, and communication with involved parties.
Conflict Resolution:
Facilitate the resolution of client disputes by coordinating with relevant departments and stakeholders.
Work closely with the arbitration team to gather necessary information and documentation to support resolution efforts.
Documentation and Reporting:
Prepare and maintain detailed records of client interactions and arbitration cases.
Generate reports on arbitration activities, providing insights and recommendations for process improvement.
Compliance:
Stay informed about industry regulations and company policies related to arbitration.
Ensure all arbitration activities adhere to legal requirements and internal guidelines.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with internal teams, including legal, finance, and operations, to gather information and facilitate the resolution of client issues.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a client-facing position.
Familiarity with arbitration processes and procedures is a plus.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Proficient in using CRM systems and other relevant software.
Education and
Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
Previous experience in a client service role is advantageous.
Knowledge of arbitration principles and procedures is a plus.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
