Oversight for all phases of HVAC construction, equipment and material installation ensuring that contract documents are being followed, work is proceeding on schedule, and that we are safety compliant Ability to lead effectively and motivate team AZ Journeyman's License preferred Knowledge of utility work such as water, sewer, etc.
High School Diploma or Higher Education General Field Superintendent
Qualifications:
Managing and developing the Service staff, interviews, hiring, scheduling, setting work priorities, conducting staff meetings, counseling employees, evaluating performance and directing work assignments to ensure effective production Field Superintendent experience including field supervision, project cost management, and a thorough knowledge of HVAC systems Benefits of General Field Superintendent:
